Cancel or Change Order

To ensure orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, orders are handled shortly after being placed.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist, however:

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or update it free of charge.
  • If your order has been processed or dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations.

What does “processed” mean?

An order is considered processed once it has been:

  • prepared for shipment,
  • assigned a tracking number, or
  • handed to our fulfilment or courier partners.

This can occur shortly after purchase.

Important Information

  • Once an order has been shipped (dispatched), it cannot be cancelled.
  • Due to the speed of our fulfilment process, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations within any specific timeframe, including within 24 hours.
